Do you mean 9th issue BDU (the Brad-PAT)?
Those who have 9th combat BDU's will be wearing them plus as much "approved" 9th kit as they have. The closer any others can fit with that the better but the other aim of the day is to get as many of us together so we can actually meet so if you don't have ANY approved 9th kit see what you have that might at least compliment the general Olive Green colour.
For example, if my M14 doesn't work for any reason (not even had it chrono'd yet!) I'll have to make do with my AK, meaning a swift change to putting on my MLE harness - it won't go, but it's practical for when we'll be playing actual airsoft at the site as it can actually hold my magazines.

Mihangelion what mags are you using?
Rogue sword I have no feed problems (except with the VN mags as the catch hole isn't but enough, time to get the file out)

I take it that you don't have a magwell conversion yet then, Bring the M4 along and I'll have a look and see what the problem might be.

Hmm, my mag 100 rnd midcaps and TM lowcaps won't feed at all. ive tried holding them in slightly differnet positions in the magwell but nothing gives me reliable feeding. suggestions? I suppose i could try tightening up the spring, and I still havent packed out all the wobble in the magwell... looks like I'll be using a benelli for the 26th and 9th, as Im back to uni tomorrow and wont have time to sort anything out.
Oh yeah, how are those BDU's we're waiting for coming along, BTW? Will they be around for 26th/9th?

I suppose I could bring along my MP5's for the 26th, half a dozen lo-caps each should do you both. Leaving my brother with my M4. And me with the SL9.

ah, mate that would be ace! I'm likely to be using the benelli for a lot of it though depending on the terrain. shame its not a bit warmer, in the summer I just skirmish with pistols.

(snip) its not the m4 i dont think but its the mids i have. they get "jammed" halfway up, my high cap works fine I had the same trouble with my 100rnd mids, I solved the problem by only putting 80 rnds in, they do still jam up on occasion though and require a hearty slap to free them.
