If there is no objection, I´ll post some pics of some handheld selfmade weapons are still used in the squad23 . Our homepage is only in german, and at this place I can comment the pics in english... So you can get some inspiration for modifying some airsoftweapons in your way......... First, the absolutly standard weapon, the M36Lasgun with heavy duty bayonet( the bayonet is´nt equipped with an hardened blade, but not sharp you can use it in an "soft" showfighting, blade thickness is 4mm), E-Mag standart series III. I´ve build nine of this weapons for the squad next ist the hellfire pistol, but not with energetic-backpack, only with series III standart E-Mag, the weapon is only used by the "sarge". the sniper rifle of the squad... shortend bipod and butt normaly parts of the MG3, weight of the weapon is nearly 7 kgs

The flame-thrower.....very nice piece..... an light laspistol, build and used by the specalist for communication, at this weapon I do only the weldings.. and the grenade launcher, modified with the handgrip used by the new forge figures....but i reduce the cal. to 40mm, its more realistic than the big muzzle hole in the model parts

I have to object to you putting up these pictures, they are too nice! I love the beaten and scuffed paintwork. Are the bayonets detachable, if they are, what method of attachment do you use?

Yes , the bayonets can be removed, because on the games day events in cologne its not allowed to wear combat-ready weapons like knives, swords, bayonets made of steel. We wear it in the scabbard secured by wire...so you can´t drawn it, but I think the muzzle of an lasgun ist more dangerous than the bayonet......... See the fixing of the bayonet on this following fast done drawing.... Pos.1: put the grip of the bayonet(made of an steel tube) on the cylinder below the barrel Pos.2: turn the bayonet 90 degrees, the short end of the parry rod will be clicked into the cut below the muzzle brakes tube. Is not an perfect solution, but easy and fast to do...

Hi, very easy done.........see it at the simple drawing No.1 is done by an steel sheet thickness of 1.5mm, cut by an grinding machine and folded. No.2 is made by an massive steel block, 3 different holes... (one on the bottom for the screw No.6/ one for the ring No.8/ and one for the holding rivet No.7) No.3 is made with a lathe, material aluminium, one hole for the screw No.4 is an massive steel tube cut with an grinding machine and the lathe. No.5 the same as No.3 but with an 4corner hole for the fixing of the special screw. Greets Watts
