For those who have been at Gunman before, do we need tents? You don't really need them, you can sleep in the barn like James, myself, Steve and the LT did, but if you've got one, there will be space outside to pitch them. A couple of squaddies did that whilst we were there.

This is classed as a "Special Operation". I'd say arm yourself as you will but I'm just an NCO. As for tents...I was considering getting a surplus flectarn tent for the event specifically. I've had experience of sleeping in stone barns etc and they tend to be colder than sleeping outside!

Signed up as guardsman/radio operator. I hope to have my prop Voxcaster set finished by the game.

Might I suggest all 9th members attending make a concerted effort to get a complete loadout finished? I've got no access to a laser cutter atm, but I'll see what I can do with regard to getting lasgun parts made...

john - hahaha yeh but that would prove a problem to hold, oh wait just fold the stock hehe sorted Useable but impossible to reload! (guess that IS when you change to duel pistols?) Tent – tempted to take a tent and warm…very, very warm…kit (November guys!). I’ve been stuck in concrete and brick buildings/farm buildings in some nasty conditions and not amount of heximite can warm them (lol). Tent for me.

Yeah, hence the tent, was a few degrees below last time and not very pleasant (plus earth > concrete for sleeping on!).
