I have checked with Josh at Gunman and for weekend events, he is at the Gunman site from at least noon onwards on the Fridays before hand.
If any members want to turn up early they can do so, I had mentioned camping over night to be ready the next day and he didn’t say no either.
I did suggest though that anyone attending early not only conducts themselves in the finest tradition of the 9th but also gives Josh a hand setting up the site.
