hello there. having looked at your system for some time, ive come to the conclusion that it is far far to larpy for me. shouting psykic powers and 'double' attacks at people i find to be very offputting, and i cant see it working mid skirmish. but i see some interesting stuff, for example the test photos of the scaravian rifles infantry section look fantastic.
i'm still working on my lasrifle G3 conversion kit and will keep you updated if it comes to anything. more significantly me and some friends are thinking about a necromunda day which you guys would love im sure. again, if it comes to anything then i shall post something on your forums.
but generaly, i think what you guys have planned is just not my kind of thing unfortunately, and thats true of the regular skirmishers i know that have looked on here as well. best of luck to you, guys.

thank you for your honesty.
The Grim Darkness LRP system is aimed at Live Role Players and if we encourage a few regular skirmishers to try out LRP then thats excellent.
however, the 9th is a Skirmish group also. We're planning to attend a regular themed event at Gunman in November and we will be keeping the role play just between ourselves (cos we like role play and will do so at every opportunity!).
So, if you like the look but want to keep it simple, be a member of the 9th or even a loadout similar but not the 9th and attend the many regular skirmishes that we're bound to attend as a team.

cheers manius for the invite, much appreciated. i must say its quite tempting, nice look you have there and not a million miles from what kit ive got lying about at the moment. actualy, if you guys fancy doing a more regular or private skirmish or even a larpy day, give spectre wargames some thought as most of our regulars are 40k players and would probably like to play too. i reckon you could arrange a good deal as some of the site staff have taken an interest in the grim darkness project.

We'll be around Im sure at some point. Still, as you know, getting members with kit so the more members we have with kit the more likely some of us will get there.
