looks like stencil work to me. Good...is there no longer an "official" version available from GW?
I think I still have an original (and official) Valhallan, urban/snow camo T-shirt....its in a kids size though (from the days those sizes actually fit me! some 10 years ago)

hand made, done with a home cut stencil and painted with acrylic mixed with textile medium. sadly I ma having trouble getting the paint to stay solid after a wash.

Impressive. I tried to do a stencil to paint the Imperial Eagle onto my BFG and came out with a terrible mess. Guess it's slightly better on a larger area like a t shirt.
