well i dont know about registering but they are up for it. myself and one of them are planning on building a reaper autocannon so watch out for Chaos

Ok, the results are in and it seems there are two main things coming from it.

1) Most voters would like the event sooner rather than later and expressed November as a good starting point.

2) We DO NOT have enough active members of this forum to run the event (any event of any scale).

Upbeat!

However I will remain upbeat about this and my next tasks are as follow:

- I will discuss dates with the site owners with a view for November/early December

- Once a date has been established I will start advertising on Live Role Play forums and Airsoft forums.

- I will produce a booking form and finalise pricing, menus, accommodation requirements & H&S issues.

- Cost up and locate supplies for NPC’s (kit, weapons etc)

- Gather together NPC’s to help run the thing! (sure as hell ain’t doing it alone. Lol)

So, lots and lots to do…I will say now though, that if we don’t reach the minimum numbers of paying players, pre-booked and paid, before the deadline on the booking form once it’s released the event will be cancelled. Too many organisers plough their own money into events to get them running, I can’t and won’t do that.

I don’t mind putting time forward to make this happen. I’m wary of bringing potential PLAYERS into the fold as “staff” though, so I’m hoping to recruit people from outside of the membership to staff and NPC as much as possible.
