At no point do we wish to intentionally or to the detriment of Games Workshop infringe directly upon copywrite.
We are Non-Profit. Any money received in payment for event attendance will only ever cover event expenditures incurred by staff members to host said events.
We do not intentionally reproduce GW icongraphy. I believe, however, that the use of freely purchased GW icongraphy (such as Aquillia badges) should be acceptable.
Our "lasgun" is not intended as a "for profit" conversion OR even intended as an exact replica of those depicted by GW merchandise.
Likewise for all uniforms produced.
Grim Darkness LRP system uses the general "setting" of Warhammer 40,000 for its background and I have attempted to stay clear of using clearly defined GW associated materials during the production of the rules where ever possible.
