Very much a WIP, but here's my brother in my NavSec loadout as it is at the moment. I'm liking it but I still think you should do =][= Stormtrooper instead of NavSec.

Not sure about the helmet it makes it look like a swat loadout, other than that it looks good mate, though I do agree with Commissar Faulk.

Aye, the helmet is just a stand in (it's actually green, but you can't see it for some reason), I'll be getting a more stream-lined helmet for it.
I'll likely be combining pieces of this with the =][= loadout, but I'll need another vest, the riot armour pads, a pair of grey coveralls and various other accoutrements until either are finished, or at least close to it.

Because I've been told that's more accurate...? Grey coveralls, with black armour and riot pads, maroon shoulder pads and helmet, and a hellgun.

That's quite correct. Grey coveralls, with armour in Inquisitorial colours. I'll get a photo of mine for refference.

Fair point, I thought the modells were black clothing with different coloured armour.

For some reason I always saw Navy marines / security forces as being in the colours of their particular navy (blue for Pacificus) with black tactical gear as you’ve got there but the main difference being that they’ve got a matching side cap as headwear.
Just my “minds eye” way that I’ve thought of them…
Trouble with all black loadouts is that they're very hard to photo and actually see what you've got on!

Haha, yeh. I can provide a kitlist for anyone who's interested.
As for the uniforms...I talked to Gor a lot before I decided to do this, since he's into the naval side, and his insights, as well as reading about the Naval Security in books such as the Eisenhorn and Cain series, the impression I got was all-black, carapace armour-wearing disciplined troops armed with shotguns and autoguns.

In my minds eye I immagened something similar when I read Kill Team, the fight wit the naval security on the shuttle.
