aramid fiber - composite aluminium alloy/kevlar material. You can even get it from ebay (is there NOTHING that place sells?!?) www.fibermax.eu/shop/can get is as a mix with glass (similar to glass fibre), carbon (carbon fibre) etc basically its a strengthening fibre. |

Very cool tip, this arctic bootle looks really like the cadian one.. I´ve never seen a bootle in this style in german army cataloges or at shop pages...... They're a bit rare but there's normally a couple on eBay at any one time. It was Aitch who put us on to them... They tend to crop up at militaria fairs quite a bit! |

I get kevlar through the lab sometimes, not often enough though, and the Aramid is even rarer.
the honey comb stuff is used as sound proofing on all cf aircraft, it has other uses as well (such as holding bolts in place) its also used to form all sortsa shapes and is bonded to Kevlar, CF or glass. Once cured its VERY tough stuff.

Hello soldiers....yesterday I enjoy with updating my fortification turret. Now there are only signs of the guard on it, the hatch can be closed, the bolter is placed on the front and the opening for the assault cannon is now smaller.............   Greets Watts ;D |

Yes, John say it clearly....the do or not do in the world of GW is like walking in a minefield  . look at the german fanfilm "damnatus".....nice film but currently forbidden to show by GW, many work for nothing..
