I saw some footage of this some months ago, it looks very intersting (and kinda scary as they were talking about it also being available as an autonomous system) If I can find the link (and it still works) I'll post it up.

hmm interesting, according to the papers the system will be deployed in Iraq next year on a trial basis.

Wasn't this the one that the US were talking about using for "heavy lifting". To demonstrate the point they had it moving ammo crates, that can't have weighed more than 5kg. Personally, I'd armour it and use it instead of tanks as armoured support in urban environments.

They have armoured it and will be using it for heavy support, they are talking about building autodocs into them in the near future as well as adaptive camoflague.
