Hi all, Soo, when would be a good time to have our F&O day? would the promo video be going ahead? And would lifts be available from coventry:D (this is going to become a recurring theme). Weekends in Jan are (assuming that they play every sunday as the website advertises): Sun 6th Sun 13th Sun 20th Sun 27th So, who is available what, when and where? If I can't get a lift it will be an overnight train to leeds station and an overnight one back  ... |

I'm waiting for confirmation from F&O of dates, Video is a "go" as far as they're concerned IF we can find a camera (we have editors and SFX guys in-house).
I will post confirmed Jan08 dates when made available.

Let us know about the camera and I assume the editing guys in the group will need to know what recording format it uses (tape, DVD-R, CD-R, mpeg etc).

it uses DV tapes. i might be getting my own for Xmas so i will let ya know

I'm up for a get together BUT, my shifts are a bit up in the air at the moment, but when They settle down, I will only be working monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, so any weekend should be ok, as long as It doesnt clash with anything else I'm doing.

As Tanith says my shifts are a pain in the a***, as a result the ONLY sunday I am available is the 27th. I could get a swap if I have enough advanced warning of the accepted date but I need to know relativly soon.

9th/10th Feb operation condor part 1 (wkender)

I can do the 26th Jan, and maybe the weekender in Feb, however I am working nights on the 8th so expect me to look like death warmed up.
