Id agree with the stratement that the 9th are a standard infantry reg.
Im not sure about the others, reading into the background the Tanith DO have body armour in certain stories, so id say with that particular unit it would depend on the particular operation.(OOC, I think that is down to dan abnet being slightly inconsistant)
