LRP safe sword - £30(ish)
Wraith/Rag-tag halloween costume - £20(if that...more like £10)
Sorted! You don't even need the sword if you get two springer pistols (though recocking might be a problem! lol)

May I make a sugestion then?
Green overalls from any DIY shop,about £5-£10
A Cheep green Webbing rig about(SAAV) £15+
Green Woollen/Boonie/Watch £5 or less
Borrow a scoped AEG or Bolt action sniper rifle
If you really want a Camo smock, their are some quite cheep ones kicking about, but avoid DPM or any other more reconisable colours.

Great list thankyou  ... I have a G36 atm guess I can mess about with that for the time being, I'm sure I have read somewhere it can make a reasonable marksmans weapon at shorter ranges. But my ultimate aim is a semi auto sniper. |

I know too damn much about sniper AEG conversions (owned a CA33, MSG-90, SR-25, and an M-14 in the past). The beauty of the "civilian approach" is that (for me at least) it opens up the game to the sort of characterisation that made (for example) Ravenor/Eisenhorn stand out above Gaunt. Being able to play anything (within reason) really appeals to the eccentric in me |

And remember! Pretty much any rifles (particularly amaralites and AK's) are autoguns  Don't forget shotties either, very much a hiver weap. |

Id have said with the exeption of the G36/SCAR that every modern AEG was an Auto Gun, Particully the Sig and Armalite ranges Spas 12 For the win. |

The short, AK47/Beta type AEG’s can be made into bolters (I’m using one) but full stock versions are Autoguns really. At the end of the day it’s a matter of looks.
Does it actually look like a bolter (i.e. long mag, stumpy front & not stock)?
Most any weapon does one point of damage so at the end of the day its more a matter of aesthetics than anything else.

Firstly apologies from me. I have been on holiday but my laptop that was “fixed” decided to utterly die and the netbook I borrowed just was not up to the task of keeping me online during last week.
Training Day – Event 1: The event booked for early December has been officially cancelled now due to insufficient pre-bookings.
I am now in negotiation with Gunman about use of the Tuddenham site in January or February 2010 . Input from any members who have attended this site would be very useful to me in planning an event. In particular I would be interested in what facilities they have available normally on site (water, power, catering).
Core Rules Ver.V: Work has had an enforced pause due to my computer death but will now continue in my “spare” time at work and once I have a new PC at home. Release of the new rules will be significantly prior to the re-scheduled event and there will be some significant changes which I will discuss with YOU the community on the appropriate threads.
