Start the Xenos parade with the tau then the Eldar (maybe a Dark Eldar look as well) then Ork and finally look into doing a Nekron.

Ok ive figured out how im gonna do the "hooves" so to speak. im going to be using the boot from roller blades and some form of wooden hoof attached via a few bolts.
i think this would look the part if done right but im not sure how well i could fight in it. might make some good rp tho. that reminds me, i really need to learn the language and get that f2000. might swap my m4 for one + accesories

I think it looks good but what about the balance issue and what is the unit cost?

well im still looking into cost, i just wanted a basic outline.
as for useability, even if these where stable enough to run in, it would be one big safety issue due to the strain being put on the ankle so i will have to wait till i have a set of boots before i determine that.
if all else fails it will be a very good looking RP piece

Seems like a recipe for A&E, however that was how the legs on the Werewolves were done for Dog Soldiers so we know it has been done. The helmet is the biggest stickingpoint for me as its a Cyclops type of lid, going to be difficult to replicate.

indeed i will be tackling that towards summer. going to get the armour first. like i said those legs will be just for rp not combat. combat will just be some boots with tau style armour plates on them

boots might be a problem unless i can develop a decent reason as to why humans are wearing full tau battledress as pathfinders and carrying good weapons........hmmmm

Thats not a problem at all, there were around 20 worlds anexed by the Tau Empire in one of the Rogue Trader books, only a slight stretch for humans to be inducted as Fire Warriors.

Those boots simply won't work. You'd barely be able to walk in them, never mind run over uneven/slippery surfaces.
You'd also be in agony after about two minutes...
